We proudly introduce ourselves as The Western Regional Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Wall Foundation.

The Western Regional Vietnam Memorial Wall is located in Dinuba, CA, and is a 50 % replica of the original Vietnam Veteran Memorial Wall which stands in Washington, DC.  It is dedicated to the 58,318 individuals who died serving America from 1955 - 1975 during the Vietnam era. As well as the 2,594,000 individuals who served during the conflict.

The wall is constructed of anodized aluminum and is intended for those who have lost loved ones serving in Vietnam who are unable to travel to Washington, D.C. to pay their respects and gain a sense of healing. This is the only permanent memorial of its kind in the Western Region.

The Dinuba Veteran Memorial Building at 249 S. Alta, Dinuba, California 93618, is home to the replica wall, which is conveniently central to the Western Region. This alone has created a reachable destination for thousands of visitors who otherwise would not have the opportunity to make the trip to Washington, DC. And pay their respect to the wall that heals.

In 2014, local volunteers, who are were previously known as the Western Regional Memorial Wall Committee, had a vision to bring a permanent Vietnam Memorial Wall closer to the Central Western region.

In June of 2014 Dinuba’s Alta Post 19 agreed to sponsor the creation of a non-profit whose mission was to raise the $177,000 needed to permanently install the 50% replica wall on the grounds of their Memorial Building in Dinuba, CA.

Their first donation was from The City of Dinuba to the sum of $5000. This enabled the contract between The Moving Wall™ in Texas and the original committee to be drawn and The Wall was on its way to the Western Region.

The Western Regional Vietnam Memorial Wall arrived in Dinuba on April 19, 2015. It was dedicated on April 30th 2015, marking the 40th anniversary of the ending of the Vietnam War.

The mission of The Wall Committee was not only to pay for the replica but to permanently install it in a fitting manner and add dedication bricks and plaques, showcasing the many sponsors over the years. As of 2019 their mission took on new momentum with the beginning of phase 2 of the project and the creation of the foundation that exists today.

Plans for the future include an education center where people can learn about the Vietnam War. A museum dedicated to those who lost their lives, those who served and their loved ones. Giving people a unique look into the personal aspects of Vietnam. And lastly the Wall Foundation wishes to beautify the area surrounding the Wall.
